Card-tap clock-in

RFID badge tap on the ward kiosk, or session clock-in from the phone. HMAC-hashed UIDs, no plaintext on disk.

Attendance dashboard

Live "who's on shift", supervisor override (≥10-char reason, self-override blocked), per-staff hours rollup.

Shift schedules

Monthly rota per ward / discipline / subunit. Day, afternoon, night shifts. Auto-feeds the staff PWA's "next shift" tile.

Leave management
