We meet with your IT lead and matron. We catalogue the wards, departments, lab equipment, and existing systems. We agree on the network topology and the spec of the server we'll install.
You provision a server (we recommend a tower or rack unit; we publish a spec sheet). We coordinate with your IT to put it on the LAN, harden it, and set up wall-power UPS protection.
We arrive on-site. The MediCare HIS stack goes onto the server in a few hours. We import your patient list, drug catalog, payer codes, and ward catalog. Your subdomain points at the box.
We train every department in the room they actually work in: reception desk, OPD, ward, lab, pharmacy, billing. You go live. We stay for the first two days of operations.
Updates ship via a single command (we give your IT lead the credentials). Backups run nightly to local disk plus an optional encrypted off-site target. We're a phone call away.
